Jumpax® Basic
Jumpax® Basic provides an exceptionally smooth and stable base for laying and directly gluing all types of resilient floor coverings and carpets. Its twin-layer panels feature an overlap joint configuration that creates a seamless surface. Jumpax® Basic is the ideal subfloor for materials like carpet, linoleum, vinyl, rubber, cork, and more.
Installing Jumpax® Basic is straightforward and much faster and easier than using traditional liquid smoothing compounds. It’s a completely dry process, making it cleaner with no curing time required, allowing you to lay your flooring immediately. Its low thermal resistance makes Jumpax® Basic an excellent choice for use over floor heating systems, ensuring quick and efficient heat transfer for fast warm-up times and maximum comfort.
Made from high-quality MDF, Jumpax® Basic consists of a 3 mm (0.118”) baseboard and A 4 mm (0.157”) topboard, each coated with a special interactive contact adhesive for a strong, permanent bond. Rigorous quality controls during production ensure excellent results and hassle-free installation every time. When paired with various UNIFLOOR subfloor materials, Jumpax® Basic with LVT achieves an impressive impact sound reduction of up to 21 dB Lw!*
Note: On floating screed systems, the noise reduction of the finished floor depends on the impact noise reduction of the underlying screed system.
